Deliveries
Balhannah Nurseries is proud of its good reputation. Clients can rest assured that their trees will reach them in the best possible condition regardless of the distance they have travelled.
We transport trees throughout Australia and wherever possible our trees are delivered personally in our own trucks.

Non-warranty
We can assure you every possible care is taken when delivering trees from this nursery. However, we do not give warranty—expressed or implied— as to their growth, description or productivity. We cannot bear responsibility for any amount greater than that actually paid should a tree prove to be untrue to its label. If these terms are unacceptable, the goods must be returned immediately to Balhannah Nurseries.
Multiplication Block
Balhannah Nurseries is proud of the fact it is one of the few nurseries to have always maintained a bud multiplication block. This allows us to fully trial a variety for trueness to type before using the budwood. Every care is taken to ensure varieties produced are true to type, and are of the highest health status. We have well in excess of 1000 trees on our block, which is being increased each year as new varieties are released.
Ripening Dates
The dates mentioned throughout the catalogue are purely a guide as each season, and location can vary. As an example, the ripening dates for the Adelaide Plains and Riverland regions are earlier than many others.

Orders
Our fruit tree list, prices, new varieties, etc, are sent to nurseries and garden centres in November for the following year’s requirements. It is of mutual advantage if these orders are returned to us by the end of January so we can finalise our stock figures and make necessary adjustments before your confirmation is sent. “First in best dressed”.
New Varieties
Each year new varieties become available, and we endeavour to follow trends and demand. Recently we have launched the ‘Pinkabelle’TM dwarf Pink Lady type apple, and in 2008 the donutshaped ‘Angel Peach’TM. Initial responses to these exciting new varieties have been very encouraging.
Confirmation
Confirmation is sent to you in March. Please check it and contact us immediately if there appears to be a discrepancy. Once these have been sent we might unfortunately be unable to secure all of the varieties requested due to seasonal conditions and tree digging, etc. We can assure you we will do our best.
